In the mean time drinking bone broth can help you get started supporting your immune system now as well as this essential oil blend! This blend was created to give you a healthy immune boost that is doctor-formulated and kid-approved.

The reason these essential oils work to combat disease is because pre-clinical studies have shown that they have strong antimicrobial and anti-fungal properties. That means they are helpful to combat disease when you’ve been exposed to whatever is going around town.

I have used this blend for over the years whenever I feel something coming on or I'm just feeling a bit under the weather and know I better support my body with something a little extra.

I will add this blend to a roller bottle and swipe the bottom of my feet, rub on my chest with a carrier oil, and oil pull. I oil pull almost every morning with peppermint but like to switch it up when I've got the 'feeling of something' coming.

Equal parts Cinnamon Bark, Clove, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Orange and Lemon Essential Oils

Here's a little shot recipe I like to take either as a shot, in a bit of tea or even just hot water because the oils add all the flavors I like.

  • 1 teaspoon raw honey

  • 1 teaspoon unrefined coconut oil

  • 1-2 drops Immune Boost Blend Essential Oils

  • Tiny pinch pink Himalayan salt

  1. Add 1-2 drops of Immune Boost Blend Essential Oils to the coconut oil and mix well, then add this mixture to the rest of the ingredients, mixing well again.

  2. Enjoy once or twice daily at the onset of a cold, or when exposed for prevention.

  3. Wash down with pure, filtered water.

  4. Be sure to not use it for more than two weeks at a time.
