Yoga offers a deeper understanding of your own body, letting you actually feel what it means to be a spiritual being having a human experience. It's an excellent opportunity to disconnect from the hectic activity of daily life and connect with the Father in heaven for the life you have. My yoga classes offer you the ability to obtain functional movement no matter your skill level. I utilize different props to help make your practice more accessible as well as different modifications to help you achieve your goals.

No matter what level you’re at I offer one-on-one sessions as well as private group sessions. For all new clients I offer a special intro price pack for your first three private lessons.

 

  • Suspension Yoga: using the leverage of the muscles in the body to release back tension, control our breathing, enhance flexibility and relieve stress.
     

  • Strong Slow Flow: sequence, this class focuses on building stamina, stability and balance.  Expect a moderate flow with longer holds to build muscular strength and confidence. Suitable for all levels.

  • Chair Yoga: a gentle practice done while seated or standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga is suitable for any age, but ideal for students who are aging or experiencing disabilities. Just like any other form of yoga, chair yoga can deepen flexibility and strengthen muscles.

 

Chair yoga differs from other forms of yoga which are taught as a way of life, whereas chair yoga mostly aims to achieve physical and mental fitness.

Chair yoga is commonly practiced in senior centers, assisted living centers, nursing homes, and physical rehabilitation centers. Classes teach yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and ways of relaxation, with the aid of a chair and other appropriate props.

I provide lessons for both large and small groups, teams, departments and partners.

The workshop or lessons can be given on a real mat with sportswear but also behind the desk, in a suit, where the lesson/workshop is done sitting on a chair.
