Roadmap Legs

February 22, 2017

That daunting time when you look down at your legs and realize you see a road map. This can be caused by a number of reasons as we age such as heredity, occupations that involve a lot of standing, such as nurses, hair stylists or teachers, and

hormonal influences of pregnancy, puberty, and menopause.

While this can be painful there is a way to support the veins in your legs. Most women love using a terrific, natural lotion on your legs and are constantly asking me if essential oils can help. My suggestions is to try this recipe for yourself to see and feel the difference.

Varicose/Spider Vein Blend

20 drops Cypress essential oil
10 drops Lavender essential oil
10 drops Lemon essential oil
10 drops Eucalyptus
20 drops Frankincense
20 drops Helichrysum
Solid coconut oil
Shea butter

Directions:

Combine the oils in a 4 ounce glass mason jar and fill the remainder of the jar with lightly warmed melted Coconut Oil & Shea Butter. Once cooled, it will solidify and become a cream.

Apply the oil to veins and gently massage in an upward direction (towards the heart) twice a day.

You could even just add the above essential oils to a roller bottle and fill the rest with Fractionated Coconut oil for an on the go blend to apply through out the day.
