·  Review of overall lifestyle and nutritional habits

·  Goal Setting

  • 2 Health Coaching Sessions for ongoing and consistent support, motivation and accountability through zoom​​

  • 3 Group Health Coaching Sessions for ongoing and consistent support, motivation and accountability through 50min Zoom, FaceTime or phone call 

  • 2 Weekly Workouts

  • Mindset Reframing

  • Recipes With Grocery List

  • As your Health Coach, I will be available to answer your questions and concerns as they arise

  • You will learn tips on how to eat healthily while traveling and eating in restaurants

  • We will develop a game plan of how to deal with sabotagers (including yourself) to your overall health
